Ordder Bakery
The till with its scale, production for every department, the forecast and food safety for bakery chains.
Runs in Chrome or Edge, with nothing to install at the counter.
Every department, its own bench. One button moves each order on; late orders turn red.
Bake to the forecast. Weekday, season, holidays and the weather, each one explained.
The cold chain, watched. Live probe readings, with every deviation on record.
Inspections on a phone. Daily checks with temperatures and a pass, from any phone.
From the oven to the shelf.
Weighed, scanned and paid, at one till.
Also: Rota, clock-in and timesheets. Inventory with recipes, suppliers and lots.
Nothing leaves unweighed. Rules the till keeps for you.
Every scan gets an answer, in words. Each bakery's data is kept apart by the database itself.
Priced per bakery. Tell us how many shops.

What a shop needs
- A computer or touch screen at the counter with Chrome or Edge
- A serial or USB shop scale, or a scale that prints weight or price labels
- A barcode scanner in keyboard mode, over USB or Bluetooth
- Network receipt and label printers, or the Ordder print bridge for Windows
- A tablet for each production department and phones for inspections
- Temperature loggers that send their readings over the network
- A stable internet connection in every shop, with 4G as a backup
What bakers ask first.
If your scale talks over a serial or USB-serial cable, the till reads it directly in Chrome or Edge. If your scale prints barcode labels with the weight or price in them, the till reads those labels at the scanner. Either way, staff can type the weight by hand, unless you switch that off.
No. Ordder Bakery runs in Chrome or Edge. The one optional install is the Ordder print bridge for Windows, for shops whose printers the app cannot reach over the network. USB receipt printers are driven through the bridge, not directly.
Fiscal documents are issued through the core Ordder platform, the same one that sends Ordder POS receipts to myDATA in Greece. We connect it for each bakery during setup. Ask us about yours before you plan a go-live date.
It starts from your sales history for each product and shop, then adjusts for the weekday, the season, growth, Greek holidays and name days, and the weather. Every factor says whether it was learned from your data or assumed, and you can import past sales from your previous till so it has history from the start.
Yes. One account holds every shop and the production site. Shops order from the bakehouse, the order splits by department, each department works from its own bench screen, and the shop counts in what arrives.
No. Ordder Bakery needs an internet connection in each shop, and we recommend a 4G backup line for the counter.
