Ulibero FZCO ("we", "us", "our") operates the Ordder platform ("Ordder"), available at https://ordder.com ("the Site").
This Payment Confirmation Policy explains how payment acknowledgments are issued when customers complete transactions using Ordder QR Payments

1. Overview

When a customer pays their bill using Ordder by scanning a QR code at the table and entering their card details, the payment is processed securely through our authorized payment service provider partners.

2. Payment Processing

Once the customer submits their card details:

  • The transaction is securely transmitted to our payment service provider partners for authorization.
  • Processing is performed using industry-standard security controls and PCI-compliant methodologies.

3. Customer Confirmation

Upon successful authorization, the customer:

  • Receives an instant on-screen confirmation displayed on their mobile device, showing that the payment has been completed and the amount paid.
  • Where a valid email address is provided, receives a payment confirmation/receipt by email within 24 hours of the completed transaction.

4. Records and Support

Once the customer submits their card details:

  • The transaction is securely transmitted to our payment service provider partners for authorization.
  • Processing is performed using industry-standard security controls and PCI-compliant methodologies.
