We install Ordder Mobile with each venue on Ordder POS. Tell us about your venue and we will set it up with you.
Yes. The app is the floor side of Ordder POS: the same tables, menus, bills and kitchen tickets, driven by the same live data. Nothing is priced or fiscalised on the phone.
The floor, bills and menu stay on the phone, new rounds are saved and sent in order when the connection is back, and a paired phone can print kitchen tickets to the venue's network printers. Card payments, voids, discounts and fiscal receipts wait for the connection.
Send the amount to one of the venue's terminals, or take the card on the phone through the Viva.com Terminal or Nexi POS app. If a sale ends without a clear answer, the bill locks until a manager checks the terminal, so the app never offers to charge that card again.
