Before the season.
No. The booking page opens in any phone browser. Tickets appear on the confirmation screen and arrive by email, and guests can find their booking again with their name and phone number.
Yes. You upload a plan of your venue, create the zones and place each bed on it. Guests and your desk pick from that same map, and a booked bed shows as taken everywhere.
Guests can join a waitlist and say how they want to be contacted. When a bed frees up, your team contacts the next guest, and their place is held for a short while.
Yes. Give them an allocation for the day. Anything they have not used is released back to sale automatically at the cutoff time.
It is built for Greece: each payment creates a receipt and each refund a credit note for myDATA, sent through an accredited provider once your provider account is connected. A nightly export sends sales and payments to your ERP.
