What club managers ask.
No. The member app runs in the browser, and members can add it to their home screen like any app. It is not in the App Store or Google Play.
Yes. Guests book courts, classes, wellness and lessons on your club's site at the guest rate. If your club takes online payments, they pay by card while the slot is held; otherwise they pay at reception.
Each product has rates by member type and time band, and where you need it by length, singles or doubles and party size. The rate is decided on the server from who is signed in and what eligibility the club has confirmed, so a guest cannot book at the member rate.
Yes, for clubs in Greece. At checkout the payer chooses a receipt or a company invoice. The payment is filed with myDATA through Ordder, and the document is emailed with its tax authority reference.
Yes. Each club has its own site, brand, catalogue, members and admins on the same platform, and admins of one club see only that club.
